Former Iaeger, West Virginia Drive-In Site

Business Summary

The former Iaeger Drive-In site marks the location of a once-operating drive-in movie theater in Iaeger, West Virginia. While the drive-in is no longer in operation, the site represents part of the region's mid-20th-century outdoor cinema history, when drive-in theaters were a popular form of entertainment across rural Appalachia. The location served local residents during its years of operation before eventually closing, as many drive-ins did due to changing viewing habits and development patterns. Today, the former site remains of historical interest to those researching or documenting former drive-in theaters in Iaeger, West Virginia, rather than functioning as an active movie venue.
